UPDATE: pausing daily musings until 6/28

To respect the sacredness of the ceremony, I’ve decided to take time away from this daily newsletter. I’m sad about it because I love writing to you all! But this is important, and my time will be limited for other activities. I’m up right now at 5:45 AM, for a 7:30 start. I’ve learned, they’re going to be packed days, and I’ll be more like a deer in headlights than anything.

It’s a good idea to pause reflections and writings for this ceremonial time for several reasons:

1. Sacred space and high ceremony require privacy

2. Posting about it can expose individuals to potential security risks, spiritual risks or detract from the significance of the event by prioritizing online engagement (any doubt in a ceremony, even from people at a far, can impact the experience here)

3. High ceremony is a time for deep reflection with myself. Posting may inhibit that flow or try to make something of it before anything has alchemized

4. Respect for the traditions of the ceremony, journey, and others here

5. Ultimately, my choice, based on time commitment, need to really drop in with myself, be here for me and only me, and a care for the strict social media policy

Yesterday, my friend said, “Good knowing ya, and look forward to the new you!”. She scared me a bit. Am I really going to change that much?

We don’t know. We’re here for all of it. So, here’s to more change, transformation, and diving in.

If I do have something I just HAVE to share, I’ll be sure to send it. Maybe some poems, some musings, some love letters to The Man. I’m sending love and prayers of health, wealth, and wisdom to everyone who reads this. I feel the strength of the people that support me like never before, and I hope you’ll feel it flow right back into you.
