I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning. The Man left EARLY. It’s good that he does this because it doesn't even give me time to register that he’s gone. The little girl in me that’s like, ‘no, no, please stay, don’t go’ doesn’t have time to react. Smart!

Yesterday, I cracked a bit of a formula for what I’m going to make on the road. Check the pics below for my first iteration. I like it. Let me know what you think. It’s cute and delicate. I get to use the cyanotype process and paint at the same time. I was in this camping spot since June 2nd (9 days), and it took me about that long to get this idea together.

I’m leaving this spot today. I’ll park the RV at The Man’s house tonight. I have to pick up the willows for Summer Vision Quest the morning of the 12th. Then I drive 5 hours to Pagosa Springs. I’m gonna spend the night there and then make the rest of the trip the morning of the 13th. Lot’s of movement coming—these newsletters might get a little shorter over the next few days or be sent WAY earlier if I can get my ass up.

I’m here to work

For the last couple of years, I’ve been studying Human Design. If you have experience with human design, it’s quite interesting and accurate. Even when it’s not, it provides a good framework to help us gain better awareness of ourselves.

For the record, all of the things that help you type yourself, from astrology to Human Design to the Gene Keys, all have a point in time at which you go beyond them. When you transcend the rules or the understanding you’ve been given because you are more, and your consciousness develops beyond needing them. But, for most of us, it’s helpful to our awareness. It’s a useful tool to help us live in alignment with our nature and towards our enlightenment.

I am a 3/5 Generator. It means I’m here to try a lot of things and make mistakes publicly. It means I have energy all the time. It means I can run run run my day until I’m asleep, and that's what will fulfill me. I am here to WORK, bitch. Most of us in the world are generators. We are the builders. We are made to work (not always for someone else), but sometimes we are.

I spent some time yesterday trying to understand how I could make money through my Human Design. I got this response from someone helping me:

As a 3/5 Generator with Sacral Authority, you will know by sound if something is good to you, so when you think or contemplate some form of a "job" or career that could just give you a little boost of income while you're building, ask your self a yes or no question and listen for the gutteral sound your body makes. 

For example: Do I feel inspired by a job where I get to be creative? MMM (mmmm probably a yes!) 

OR

Are you able to answer emails every day 5 days a week? Ehhh... (ehh probably a no!) 

Next is that you're definitely here to create and have your hands in different aspect of business. Whether that's creative, consulting, building, selling, coaching etc. All of it aligns with your design. So some form of a job where you could try on different hats would work well. Its possible in your past job experience that you felt you were doing too much for someone else, or that you were getting bogged down by only doing one aspect of that job. 

And given your lifestyle, something online gives you that feeling of freedom. And with your expertise in Crypto this could be Crypto Consulting sessions where you could connect with someone 1:1 and advise them or answer questions for them. Since you're a generator you're best at RESPONDING. So someone asking you questions and you can answer them etc.

It’s also funny that everything I read online about careers for my type, I’ve literally done. I’ve been in everything from consulting to research. I’ve always aspired to be a university professor. It was the only thing driving me back to higher education (because why would I pay so much money to work in a 9-to-5?). Based on my human design, I’m best suited to be a teacher/mentor/coach of some form. I’d love to know what your design says about you! Reply with your type so we can both learn😁.

I dumped my piss in a hole

I dumped the piss from the RV in a hole I made. I dug it. And then I let it all go. The flies came. They’re so disgusting. I saged the campsite after. I thanked the land for taking my piss.

I’m thanking the land today for holding me at the beginning of this journey in the RV. I got here on June 1, which was the first day this road even opened. I had no idea at the time. Divine timing was working in my favor because this is the best place I could have been. I’m excited to take off now and be in a new place in Arizona in just a few days.

I’m sad to leave The Man, though. I just got him! He knows a lot about RVs, too, so he’s been so incredible on this leg of the journey. I know he’s not going anywhere, but my heart will be longing for him when I leave. He’s planning to meet me in Montana in a few weeks. I know he’ll make it if he says he will. We’re gonna explore Yellowstone and stay with my Grandma near Bozeman. I need to go clean up the campsite now and head out. Saying my blessings and my prayers.
